Do I need to see an Occupational Therapist?
Occupational therapists work in a variety of fields, helping to promote independence in daily living
An Occupational Therapist can offer an assessment of your needs, and design an individual treatment/care plan for you. You may have difficulties getting in and out of your home, going up and down the stairs, getting in and out of the bath – for example
An Occupational Therapist can offer advice around techniques to carry out daily living tasks, or may offer independent advice around equipment or adaptations that may assist you and enable you to retain your independence.

Home Visits Offered
We offer home visits for Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, Lewes & other towns in East Sussex; along with assessments in other counties – Kent, Surrey, West Sussex, London & the Home counties. Other areas are also available on request.
About Caroline
Caroline Wright qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1992, and has since worked both in the NHS and latterly in Social Services, prior to establishing South Coast Occupational Therapy Ltd. She is experienced in the field of physical disability. She is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists; and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Caroline is a member of the Support with Confidence scheme run via East Sussex County Council.
As well as seeing individual clients, she also works as a Case Manager for Ainscough Associates, and as an expert witness for Jacqueline Webb & Co.
